Pay After Approval and the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We design first. You see the proposed design of your website before you are asked to pay anything, and we keep refining it until you are happy with it. If you never approve a design, you never pay for it — that is what our 100% satisfaction guarantee means in practice.

Because of this, there is no risk in starting a project with us, and there is also no need for refunds on design work: the decision to pay is yours, and you make it after seeing the result.

Covered Products and Services

This Policy pertains to all digital services provided by Duogeeks, encompassing:

• Website design and development
• Web applications and custom software
• Google Business Profile and Local Service Ads management
• Advertising management, including Google Ads and ChatGPT Ads
• Website maintenance and hosting plans

When Fees Are Non-Refundable

Once you have approved the work and paid for it, fees are non-refundable. Design, development, management and advertising services are delivered as time and specialist work, which cannot be returned.

Amounts paid to third parties on your behalf — domains, hosting, licences, premium plugins, stock media and advertising budgets already spent with the ad platform — are non-refundable in all cases, because we cannot recover them.

Cancelling a Plan or a Project

Monthly plans, including website maintenance and marketing management, can be cancelled at any time. There are no lock-in contracts. Your plan continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not billed again. We do not pro-rate part-months.

If you cancel a project part way through, you pay for the work completed and approved up to that point, and nothing further.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If something is wrong, contact us first at support@duogeeks.com — most issues are resolved the same day. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may suspend work on your account until the dispute is resolved.

Policy Amendments

Duogeeks reserves the right to modify this Policy without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review it periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.
